Accessibility Statement

Spider Digital Group builds this website to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA are the standard we design and test against: keyboard paths, focus order, colour contrast, and screen-reader labels (software that reads a page aloud) are checked as pages are built rather than audited on at the end.

What we do and don’t claim

We don’t publish a conformance level for this site. Automated testing catches only part of what the guidelines ask for, and the rest is judgement exercised page by page — so “we meet AA, here is the scan” would be a stronger claim than any scan can carry. What we will tell you is what we build to, what we check, and what we fix when someone reports a problem.

The accessibility toolbar

This site includes an accessibility toolbar — the button in the bottom-right corner — that lets you adjust the experience to your needs: enlarge text, increase contrast, highlight links, pause animations, enable a reading guide or mask, and more. Your choices are remembered on this device.

The toolbar is a convenience for visitors, not a substitute for the build underneath it. It does not make a website accessible on its own, and it does not make one legally compliant. The work that matters is in the markup, the contrast, and the keyboard paths, which is where we do it.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we’re continually working to improve. If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion, we’d genuinely like to hear from you so we can fix it.
