Reach us the way that suits the question

A project you already have scoped, a name you were given by somebody we built for, or a question you want answered before any of that — each one has its own route below.

Project brief

Answer a few questions about the goal

The most useful first move, because it gets the sector, the goal and the shape of the work down in one place. About two minutes, no cost and no commitment.

Call

202-318-5500

Ian, who founded the studio and builds the work, is the one who picks up. Best for the questions that are faster asked than written — whether a job like yours is one we take, how a rebuild is usually sequenced, what a system would have to talk to.

Email

hello@spiderdigitalgroup.com

A line on what the company makes and who buys it, a line on what the site would need to do, and anything that already exists — a current site, a catalogue, a product list. That is enough to come back with something specific instead of more questions.

Sent here by someone we built for?

Name whoever sent you — in the first line of the brief, in the first line of the email, or as soon as you call. A referral tells us more about whether the work fits than any form field does, and it means we can pick the conversation up where the person who recommended us left off — the same sector, the same constraints, often the same buyers.

It also works the other way. If you want to speak to somebody we have already built for before you decide anything, ask on the call — we will ask them, rather than hand out a client’s number to someone they have not met.

Where we work

We work remotely with industrial companies across the United States. Ian lives in North Carolina; the work does not stay there. The review calls, the walk-throughs of the live build, and the launch all happen over video and screen share, which means the schedule follows your production week rather than a travel itinerary.

Where a project needs somebody on site — photography of finished work, a plant walk-through, a day with the people who actually use the system — that gets arranged per project and priced with it, not assumed either way.

Useful to have on hand, if you have it

None of this is required, and nothing waits on it. It just means the first conversation starts further along than introductions.

The goal in the business's terms

More quotes, better-qualified quotes, distributors who serve themselves, crews hired — whichever of those is actually the pressure this year.

Who buys, and how they find you

The sectors and territories you sell into, and whether it goes through distributors, reps, or direct.

What already exists

A site, a catalogue, a product database, an ERP or CRM the site would need to read from or write back to.

Who else needs to be in the room

Whoever signs, and whoever will be living with the thing afterwards. Both tend to have opinions worth hearing early.

Tell us the goal. We'll map the route.
