Leads & data
Good leads, on records you can trust
Lead and data work means two jobs that go together: building a list of companies that match your best customers, and keeping the contact records behind that list accurate enough to use. Contact data decays on its own — people change jobs, companies rebrand — so this is maintenance, not a one-off purchase. We build the target lists from your best-customer profile, verify every contact before it reaches you, and keep the records tidy once they're in your system.
You know who your best customer is. The job is finding more of them.
Contact data decays whether anyone touches it or not — people change jobs, companies rebrand, and the same account arrives from three sources spelled three different ways.
That's the nature of data, not a verdict on how the list has been kept. We treat it as ongoing maintenance: a clear definition of who counts as a lead, a verified source for every record, and a routine that keeps the file clean after the first handover.
What's included in a leads & data engagement
A written ideal-customer profile
Industry, company size, region, job titles, and the disqualifiers — put on paper so sales and marketing are scoring the same way instead of by feel.
Sourced and verified lists
Contacts built from licensed data providers, public filings, industry directories, and permission-based signups from your own campaigns. Every email and phone number is checked before it reaches you, and anything that fails the check is dropped rather than shipped.
Cleanup and de-duplication
De-duplication means merging the copies of one company or person that crept in from different sources. We merge them, standardize how fields are written, and fix the formatting that breaks mail merges and reports.
Enrichment
Enrichment means filling in what a record is missing — company size, location, industry code, a decision-maker's title — so a bare name and email becomes something a rep can actually open a conversation with.
Scoring and routing
Lead scoring ranks contacts by how closely they match your profile and how they've engaged. Routing sends each one to the right owner with a next step attached, so nothing sits in a shared inbox waiting to be claimed.
A record you can audit
Every contact carries where it came from, when it was last verified, and the basis you have for contacting them. If someone asks how a name got into the system, there's an answer.
How a leads & data engagement runs
- 1
Define the target
We agree on who counts as a lead, which territories and industries are in scope, and which accounts to suppress — existing customers, current opportunities, and anyone you'd rather we left alone.
- 2
Source & verify
We build the list against that definition, then validate the contact details. What passes gets delivered; what doesn't gets removed and noted, so you know the size of the real list rather than the raw one.
- 3
Clean & merge
New records are matched against what's already in your CRM, duplicates are merged rather than stacked, and fields are normalized so filters and reports behave.
- 4
Route & measure
Leads land with an owner and a next step, and we track which sources turn into real conversations — so the next round of list building leans on what's working.

A good fit if
- You have a clear picture of your best customer
- Your sales team has room for more conversations
- Contacts live in a few places at once — CRM, spreadsheets, inboxes
- You're opening a new territory or industry
- You want to know which lead sources actually close
